Drop weight.
Keep hips square for as long as possible.
Correct back stance.
Movement 8 Lower x block closed fists
While stepping through, right hip goes all the way back, before squaring up for lower x block.
Movement 9 Upper x block open palms
Utilise hip movement to drive x block forward.
Movement 10 Pressing block
Move right hip back and forward to square.
Technique finishing in front of body (right hip)
Hands finish slightly apart.
Movement 11 Left punch
Right elbow and hip all the way back,
Maintaining front knee structure.
Movement 12 Right Lunge Punch (Oi Tzuki) Eyay!
Drive forward down through the front knee.
