Lesson 8: Turning from Lunge Punch to Knifehand Block

  1. Push weight forward through front knee.
  2. Pivot on front heel as you chamber and face new direction with square hips.
  3. Rotate hips into half facing position as you complete the Knifehand Block in Back Stance.
