Lesson 11: Right Knifehand Block to 45deg Left Knifehand Block.

  1. Push weight forward through front knee.
  2. Chamber and face 45 degrees with square hips.
  3. Rotate hips into half facing position as you complete the Knifehand Block in Back Stance.
