Lesson 4: Turning Lunge Punch to Lower Block 180deg

  1. Shift weight back onto back heel.
  2. Pivot on back heel as you chamber and face new direction with square (shomen) hips.
  3. Rotate hips into half facing position (hanme) as you complete the Lower Block.
